Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing stock levels, and ensuring effective coordination with both internal teams and brand partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with brand partners regarding stock availability, orders, and discrepancies.
Monitor and maintain accurate stock records in line with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
Identify, investigate, and resolve stock-related discrepancies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in stock management or backend coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Google Sheets
(data management and analysis).
