We are looking for a smart and organized Sales Coordinator who can support the sales team with backend operations, documentation, client coordination, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, documentation, and MS Office, with the ability to handle day-to-day sales operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format
quotations, proposals, and sales documents
.
Handle
client coordination
, follow-ups, and basic cold calling.
Draft and send
formal business emails
, maintain communication logs.
Maintain and update
sales reports, MIS sheets, and Excel trackers
.
Manage
CRM entries, data records
, and backend documentation.
Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and operations teams.
Support the team in scheduling meetings and sharing required documents.
Assist with
order processing
, material tracking, and follow-up with vendors if needed.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or office/back-end operations.
Strong skills in
MS Word, Excel, and email drafting
.
Ability to prepare accurate quotations and documents.
Good communication skills (phone + email).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of IT/AV products is a plus (not mandatory).
