Role Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Backend and Blockchain Developer who possesses a deep understanding of

Node. s-based backend development and experience in building and deploying smart contracts on various

layer-one blockchains. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, capable of designing and implementing

scalable backend systems and seamlessly integrating them with blockchain-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.


Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on multiple layer-one blockchains.


Integrate smart contracts with existing backend services and ensure seamless communication between

them.


Work with JSON RPC services, and database drivers, and ensure efficient API communication systems.


Optimize the backend for performance; implement caching strategies, load balancing, and other scalability

measures.


Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives, design more

functional, cohesive codes, and enhance the user experience.


Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, especially in the blockchain

and backend development domain.


Contribute to documentation (instructional and technical specification) and assist in the training of end-

users.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.


2+ years of experience in full-stack Blockchain development


Proven experience with Node.js and its frameworks, with a strong foundation in designing system

architecture for backend, database, and API servers.


Solid experience in writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on various layer-one blockchains.


Familiarity with JSON RPC services, database drivers, and API communication systems.


Strong knowledge of blockchain principles and practical applications, including dApp development.


Proficient understanding of load balancing, caching, and other optimization and scaling strategies.


Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.


Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
