Back Office/sales Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers and prospects. Maintain and update client and sales data in Excel or CRM systems. Assist sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and coordination. Support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships. Perform general administrative and back-office tasks as required.

Requirements:



Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, or equivalent). Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
