Handle

back office operations

including data entry and record keeping using

MS Excel & CRM systems

.



Coordinate with

clients and internal teams

(sales, accounts, operations) for communication, follow-ups, and documentation.



Maintain and update

customer and enquiry data

accurately in CRM/Excel.



Assist with

client coordination

-- emails, calls, basic query resolution and order support.



Support general

administrative tasks

and process routine office workflows.

Requirements




Proven experience (approx. 2-3 years) in a

back office / coordination role

.



Good knowledge of

MS Excel

and basic

CRM/data entry

practices.



Basic

English communication skills

(written & spoken).



* Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
