Typing, keyboard and computer skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
PC literacy in windows based application
Use necessary systems to determine potential troubles as well as customer reported troubles and report these conditions to the proper department/person
Review action taken on troubles to ensure ticket was properly routed, trouble corrected, commitment met, and trouble closed properly
Must possess good judgment, be able to make decisions and maintain a professional image
* Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and accept criticism while always maintaining professional and courteous manners ? Perform other duties as assigned
