A Back Office Team Leader oversees a team of back-office staff, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of administrative tasks, data entry, and other support functions. Key responsibilities include: - Team Management: Supervising and guiding a team of back-office staff, providing coaching and feedback. - Process Management: Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. - Data Management: Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, management, and reporting. - Quality Control: Monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards, identifying areas for improvement. - Communication: Coordinating with internal teams, management, and external partners.
