Responsibilities:



Maintain and update client data in company software/Excel Draft & respond to emails professionally Handle incoming calls and client queries Filter and forward qualified leads to the sales team Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and documentation Support day-to-day office administration

Requirements:



Female candidate preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Emailing) Organized and detail-oriented Freshers with good computer skills may also apply
