Back Office Coordinator
to support the smooth operation of our internal processes. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain data accuracy, support internal departments, and ensure efficient workflow across the organization.
Skills:
Perform data entry, record keeping, and documentation management.
Coordinate internal communications and support inter-departmental processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Handle email correspondence, internal memos, and filing systems.
A pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative, polite attitude.
She should be careful about all the details in flowchart and thorough in completing work tasks.
Requirements:
Female's are preferred for this role.
She should be staying a maximum of 45 minutes from the office.
