The Back-End Store Support Executive is responsible for handling all backend store operations including stock inward, inventory control, replenishment, tagging, and coordination with the front-end sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning. This role is critical in maintaining stock accuracy, operational discipline and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management
Receive inward stock and verify quantity, size, SKU, and condition
Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, and MRP labeling
Maintain stock room organization as per company standards
Ensure correct binning and stacking of merchandise
Support periodic stock counts, cycle counts and audits
Store Backend Operations
Enter inward stock details in POS / ERP systems
Track stock movement between backend and shop floor
Prepare daily stock movement and discrepancy reports
Support inter-store transfers and returns
Coordinate with HO warehouse & logistics team
Shop Floor Support
Replenish fast-moving styles and sizes
Support VM team for display replenishment
Assist sales team during peak hours
Compliance & Control
Ensure SOP adherence for stock handling
Report damages, shortages, and variances immediately
Maintain clean, safe and audit-ready backend areas
Follow FIFO / FEFO practices
Skills & Requirements
1-3 years experience in retail back-end / stock handling / warehouse
Basic knowledge of POS / inventory systems
Organized, detail-oriented & disciplined
Ability to lift cartons and work in stock rooms
Willingness to work retail shifts and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,120.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month
