Back Office Staff
to join our team.
The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative, documentation, and data management activities to ensure smooth office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in business administration, office coordination, and internal process support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document filing (manual & digital).
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and business correspondence.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for daily operations.
Maintain stock records and support inventory updates.
Support HR and admin functions like attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.
Prepare reports as required by management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic customer communication.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
