Job Responsibilities:

? Handle inbound & outbound calls to promote internet services and team management as TL

? Manage data entry, customer records, and follow-up tasks

? Assist with back-office operations & support the sales team

? Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience

Who Can Apply?

? Excellent communication skills in English

?Goal-oriented with the ability to meet monthly targets

?Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling is a plus)

? Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally
