Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers and prospects.
Maintain and update client and sales data in Excel or CRM systems.
Assist sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and coordination.
Support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
Perform general administrative and back-office tasks as required.
