We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Tele caller to join our team. .

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling to existing and potential customers Lead generation through calls and follow-ups Understanding customer requirements and explaining products/services Preparing and sharing quotations Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders Closing deals and achieving sales targets Maintaining relationships with existing customers Customer retention and after-sales coordination Updating customer data and maintaining CRM records

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus) Strong telecalling and convincing skills Lead generation and prospecting abilities Follow-up and negotiation skills Quotation preparation and basic commercial understanding Sales closing and objection-handling skills Customer relationship management Good listening and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM) Professional attitude and positive approach Time management and multitasking skills

Experience:
