Key Responsibilities:
Handle back-office sales activities, coordination, and follow-ups
Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, emails, and customer communication
Maintain records, databases, and sales reports
Manage customer queries through phone and email
Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of orders
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Female candidates preferred
Graduate in any stream
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience in Back Office / Sales Support / Customer Handling
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Email Drafting)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently
