Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Management:

Managing the end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation.

Customer Relationship Management:

Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships. Providing support to the sales team by managing customer data and following up on sales leads.

Sales Support:

Preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations. Assisting with sales strategies and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. Updating databases and CRM/ERP systems with relevant information.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Liaising with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless sales operations.

Sales Reporting:

Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Office Management:

Handling general administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to sales orders, customer inquiries, and other operational challenges.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in using CRM/ERP systems, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.

Customer Service Orientation:

Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
