Experience:
Fresher to 1 years of Back-End Sale's, Sales Support or any Back-End Profile experience.
Educational Qualification:
Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.
CTC & Salary Range:
In hand Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month (CTC: Rs.1,92,286/- to Rs.2,38,094/- per annum).
Required Skills
:
Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel).
Gender: Male/Female (anyone can apply).
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Assisting Shipments for all new orders received.
Keeping track of Customer orders & Shipments, Mailing tracking ID's & invoices to B2B Customers.
Tracking High Value Customer.
Reviewing pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Stock-In process of pending SKU'S.
Handling and maintaining the Customer Segmentation File (Data) - adding new Customers data in the file.
Filling vendor registration forms. Generate and process new sales leads as necessary.
Provide support and assistance to assign salesperson regarding Sales data
Provide first response on time to customer by mail and WhatsApp
Create quotation, Share with customer and track all till conversion
