We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Back-Office Sales Executive
to support the sales team through calling activities, lead management, and customer coordination. The role involves handling B2B inquiries from online platforms, following up with potential customers, maintaining CRM data, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound
sales and follow-up calls
to prospective and existing customers
Handle and respond to inquiries received from
B2B platforms
such as
IndiaMART, Trade India, Just dial
, etc.
Generate new leads through calling, online platforms, and internal data
Regularly
follow up
with leads to convert inquiries into orders
Maintain and update
customer and lead data
in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships
Prepare daily call reports, lead status reports, and sales updates
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
Resolve customer queries and provide product or service information
Support the sales team with quotations, order confirmations, and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
Good
communication and calling skills
Basic knowledge of
sales processes and CRM systems
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
Customer-focused approach with negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Education:
Graduate
Gender preference
: Female above 30 years of age
Experience:
0-3 years in back-office sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
