Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Polka TOTs' products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve customer queries.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details of calls and follow-ups.
Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching the offerings.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain professionalism and brand tone.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management and feedback.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving ability.
