We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Back Office Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department with administrative tasks, preparing quotations, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
Coordinate with the sales team and support them in achieving targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist in order processing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales support.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
2 to 3 years of experience in back office/sales support roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ERP/Tally/SAP will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
