We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Back Office Sales

-

Female

for our engineering product-based organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing techno-commercial offers, managing order processing, and supporting the sales team with accurate reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage current customer inquiries, prepare quotations, handle correspondence, and follow up regularly. Prepare techno-commercial offers, select pumps, and submit relevant technical details to customers. Handle order booking in

SAP B1

and update records in

Salesforce

. Submit pump data sheets and all required technical documents to customers. Manage inquiries for spares and maintain a separate track record of the spares business. Search for new customers and initiate contact to generate inquiries. Prepare sales reports, monthly MIS, and other management reports. Communicate clearly and proactively with Sales Managers and senior management. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients by understanding their requirements. Provide customers with product information, mailers, and technical updates. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions with customers. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product support. Support after-sales services and offer technical backup as required.

Requirements

Mandatory experience in

Back Office Sales

with a product-based company (Pumps/Valves/Food Processing Equipment), preferably in an MNC.

Hands-on experience with

SAP B1

and

Salesforce

.

Qualification:

B.Sc / PGDM / Diploma

or relevant technical qualification.

Strong experience working with

ERP systems

.

5-7 years of experience in an engineering product-based industry.

Business fluent in

English and Hindi

(written and verbal).

Strong team player with good reporting and coordination skills.

Marketing knowledge and ability to stay updated with daily work requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,515.27 - ₹50,452.78 per month
