Handle back-office support for the solar sales team.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain CRM, enquiry tracker, follow-up sheets, and sales documentation.
Support the sales team with data, reports, and documentation for tenders or project submissions.
Manage emails, calls, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-ups.
Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch coordination.
Ensure timely communication between sales, technical, and logistics departments.
Maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and documentation records.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (Technical background preferred).
1-3 years' experience in sales coordination, preferably in solar/renewable industry, Manufacturing, service etc.
Good communication skills, MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of solar products (modules, inverters, structures, BOS) is an added advantage.
Strong multitasking, follow-up, and documentation skills.
