The Back Office Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and business development teams in the outdoor media industry. This role involves preparing proposals, maintaining client databases, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns on outdoor media platforms such as billboards, transit media, hoardings, and more.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and media plans to clients based on sales team input.
Maintain and update pricing sheets, rate cards, etc.
Follow up on client inquiries and coordinate internally for timely responses.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients for documentation, artwork submissions, and approvals.
Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and assist in forecasting and lead tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
