We are looking for a

Back Office / Sales Coordinator

to support our sales and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling

quotations, purchase orders, client coordination, and reporting

, along with strong support in Excel and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Sales Orders (SO)

Draft and manage

professional business emails & correspondence

Handle

client and vendor follow-ups

Daily coordination with

Sales & Accounts team

Maintain

data reports and MIS

using Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas etc.) Manage entries and reports in

Tally (mandatory)


Requirements:



Proficiency in MS Excel

(Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reports)

Knowledge of Tally

is mandatory Good communication skills in

Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Strong coordination & multitasking abilities Engineering background preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Any) - but

graduates from any stream can apply

Immediate joiners preferred
