We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our automobile dealership's sales team. The candidate will handle sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations and assist in achieving dealership sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with administrative support, including documentation and record-keeping for vehicle sales.
Coordinate with customers for booking confirmations, follow-ups, and delivery scheduling.
Maintain accurate sales data, prepare sales reports, and update CRM systems regularly.
Manage inventory records related to vehicle stock and accessories.
Handle customer queries and provide necessary information related to sales and after-sales services.
Support dealership events and promotions as required.
Process invoices and bills efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with inventory management and billing documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in an automobile dealership or automotive sector.
Experience in invoice processing and handling bills.
Familiarity with dealership sales processes and documentation.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
