Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Officer (Operations & Coordination)

to manage day-to-day operational activities, vendor coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in operations, sales coordination, and vendor management, preferably within fast-paced industries like manufacturing, FMCG, or agri-tech.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations & Coordination



Manage daily operational tasks including order processing, ERP updates, and allocation sheets. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Follow up with vendors to ensure adherence to timelines (TAT). Highlight and escalate delays or issues to management for quick resolution.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management



Maintain smooth communication between vendors and internal teams. Track ETA, vendor performance, and order progress through reports. Ensure quality standards and timely feedback loops are in place.

Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and update operational dashboards, reports, and trackers. Maintain accurate records of all operational activities. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

Process Improvement & Support



Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend improvements. Support team members to maintain service quality and deadlines. Provide feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.

2-3 years of experience

in operations, sales coordination, or vendor management. Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or Agri-Tech sectors. Exposure to order tracking systems, vendor performance management, and reporting tools.

Knowledge of multiple languages

(Marathi, Hindi, English) is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with leadership potential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
