Manage and maintain company databases, reports, and documentation
Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
Coordinate with front office and field staff for daily updates
Handle client follow-ups through calls, emails, or messages
Prepare MIS reports, invoices, and other office documents
Support HR and management in recruitment and internal communication
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Ensure smooth day-to-day back-end operations
