We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented
Back Office Operations Coordinator
with prior
experience working with banks or financial institutions.
The role focuses on supporting internal operations, managing banking-related coordination, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate records to enable smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Back Office Support:
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
Banking Coordination:
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for operational documentation, follow-ups, and routine banking-related processes.
Workflow Management:
Organize and monitor back-office workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
Data Accuracy & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Statutory Compliance & Filings:
Prepare, review, and file statutory returns, including GST, in compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Ensure all back-office activities follow company policies, banking norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, accounts, and operations to support business requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in back-office and banking-related processes and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Record Keeping & Documentation:
Maintain organized physical and digital records for banking, compliance, and audit purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in
back-office operations or banking operations
.
Prior exposure to working with
banks or financial institutions
.
Knowledge of
banking processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
.
Hands-on experience with
GST filings and statutory compliance
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience coordinating with co-operative or private banks.
Familiarity with audit support and regulatory documentation.
Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality standards.
