We are urgently looking for- Back office executive location based at M.G Road Bangalore. The Person is responsible for developing and implementing the processes while ensuring adherence to the guidelines and effectively managing all operations Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Participates in the development and implementation of operations department plans \xc2\xb7 Manages the implementation of the operations objectives, facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with and synchronise between internal & external stakeholders. Works closely within the team. \xc2\xb7 Close coordination with insurance companies/Sales Team/Dealers/Call Centre team/other dept. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely resolution of concerns raised by Dealer / field team / Insurance companies \xc2\xb7 Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel / departments. \xc2\xb7 Provide feedback on process gaps and recommend improvisations. \xc2\xb7 Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve. Qualifications and Education Requirements \xc2\xb7 Should have good knowledge of excel. \xc2\xb7 Should possess good knowledge on General insurance. \xc2\xb7 Savvy with Financial transactions end to end \xc2\xb7 Work experience should be 2+ years.
