We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Data Entry / Back Office Executive
to support our operations team in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a good command of Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data related to stock, designs, vendors, and clients in internal systems and Excel sheets
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, dispatch) for smooth data flow
Perform daily data reconciliation and generate reports as needed
Assist in preparing product master sheets and catalog updates
Support back-office operations including documentation and filing
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Requirements:
Basic to advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc. is a plus)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills
Freshers
with good Excel skills are welcome
Candidates from

will be given preference
