Job Description

. Operational Management



Supervise daily back-office operations including data entry, record management, and documentation. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, reports, and administrative tasks. Develop and implement efficient systems, workflows, and internal controls. Oversee file and database management, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

2. Team Leadership



Manage, train, and evaluate back-office staff. Assign tasks, set performance standards, and monitor productivity. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

3. Compliance & Reporting



Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Prepare periodic reports (operational, financial, and performance-related) for management. Maintain risk-control practices and support internal/external audits.

4. Coordination & Support



Coordinate with finance, HR, operations, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Provide support to front-office teams by ensuring accurate and timely backend processes. Resolve issues related to data discrepancies, documentation, and administrative bottlenecks.

5. Process Improvement



Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement automation tools and best practices to enhance efficiency. Lead or support operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or operations management. Prior experience in team management is preferred.

Skills



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and database management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
