Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Back Office Incharge to join our Operations team. As a Back Office Executive, you will assist in the following
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Oversee back-office operations, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and deliveries.
Supervise back-office staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or related field.
Proven experience in back-office or operations management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
