The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization. This role involves handling data management, documentation, record keeping, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents accurately.
Process and verify data, financial information, or reports as required.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
Support the front office and other departments by providing necessary data and reports.
Manage and organize information flow between departments.
Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation work efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication professionally.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in back office, data entry, or administrative roles.
Strong computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualities:

Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP software (optional).
