We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day petty administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves maintaining basic records, handling small cash transactions, supporting office staff, and ensuring smooth back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
petty cash expenses
and maintain daily cash book.
Prepare
vouchers, bills, and expense entries
.
Support the
accounts or admin team
with basic documentation.
Handle
filing, photocopying, data entry, and record maintenance
.
Follow up with
vendors, transporters, or suppliers
for small tasks or deliveries.
Maintain
inventory of office supplies
and raise purchase requests when needed.
Assist in
dispatch or inward/outward material records
(if required by the department).
Support management in any other routine office work.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and Email handling
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of
accounts or admin work
.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
