We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily office operations by handling documentation, data entry, coordination, and internal reporting. The role ensures smooth workflow between departments such as sales, accounts, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
data entry
and maintain records in Excel / software / registers
Prepare and manage
documents, reports, and MIS
Support
sales, accounts, and operations teams
with backend work
Maintain
customer, vendor, and sales records
Process
orders, invoices, quotations
, and follow up internally
Coordinate with
field staff and office staff
for required updates
Maintain proper
filing (physical & digital)
Respond to emails and basic client coordination
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent (any stream)
Experience:
0-1 years
(freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, Email
Good
communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
