We are looking for a female Back Office Executive with 1 year of experience to provide administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in office software, and have excellent communication skills to support our daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input and maintain data in company systems. This includes tasks like processing orders, recording information, and managing databases.
Administrative Support:
Assist with daily office tasks, such as managing correspondence (email and physical mail), filing documents, and organizing records.
Client Coordination:
Handle back-office client-related tasks, such as responding to inquiries and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Gujarati.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
