? Create & execute planning for promotion of e-commerce app

? Handle all incoming calls from different organizations & individuals. Understand their needs & recommend suitable steps

? Handling weekly banking, payment gateways, shipment & deliveries etc.

? Handling stock update, all SKU related database.

? Handling app user's profile, customer database etc.

? Updating new launched product's details in main database accordingly.

? Communicate with others partner marchant properly, like: payment gateway provider, courier partner, finance partner etc. all

? Handling others staff properly, guide them, motivated them, lead them to achieve their individual target.

? Building relationship with new merchant as per needs

? Handling online & offline promotion and marketing related with apps

? Handling office management including employee's salary & allowances, supervising office premises related all work.

? Collaborate with potential user base & making plan to turn them into customers.

? Handling whole pipeling from any user's new order place to till successful delivery & payments. Also handling after sales queries like service, warranty etc. all possible options



Requires Criteria:

? Proper knowledge of e-commerce platform, how they work, how they execute plan, whole run process etc. all

? Proper knowledge on employee handling (office & filed both categories employee)

? Proper knowledge on Payment Gateway, Courier Marchant, SKU database, SMS gateway, API etc. all related with e-commerce filed

? Having good concept on social media platforms, promotion through social media, designing templates etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
