Back Office Executive with strong knowledge of Zoho Books
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end sales support, coordinate with internal teams, manage customer accounts, and ensure seamless order processing.

3-4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
and are confident in using Zoho Books for invoicing, order management, and account handling, we'd love to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide
administrative support
to the sales team (quotations, order entry, data entry, documentation).
Manage customer accounts, ensuring
high satisfaction and timely responses
.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Process orders and ensure
timely dispatch by coordinating with the warehouse
.
Coordinate with ASM (Area Sales Manager) for order details and customer information.
Follow up with
courier/logistics partners
for deliveries.
Ensure
timely payment recovery
from customers.
Prepare
sales performance reports, customer feedback reports, and Zoho Books MIS reports
.
Track and maintain accurate
customer data, sales leads, and account records
.
Assist in
sales strategy development and execution
.
Requirements & Skills

Mandatory knowledge of Zoho Books
- invoicing, order management, and account reconciliation.

? Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field

? Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in Sales Coordination / Customer Service.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
