Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive (Data Search) is responsible for collecting, researching, verifying, and maintaining accurate data from various online and offline sources. The role supports operational and business teams by ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online and offline

data research and data mining

as per business requirements Collect, verify, and update data in internal databases and spreadsheets Ensure

accuracy, completeness, and consistency

of data Perform data entry and data validation tasks Maintain records, reports, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements Handle confidential information securely Prepare daily/weekly status reports Support other back-office operations when required
