The Client Communication & Reporting Executive will be responsible for handling client interactions through calls and emails, ensuring timely response, preparing meeting notes, maintaining reports, and supporting day-to-day operational coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls in a professional manner.
Respond to client queries via email with accuracy and clarity.
Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure timely communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Maintain client interaction logs, call summaries, and communication records.
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and project status reports.
Qualification- Any Graduate
