Key Responsibilities
Maintain records, reports, and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Assist in vendor/client communication via email and phone
Prepare Excel sheets, reports, and data entries as required
Ensure timely follow-ups and task closures
Skills Required
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Team player with a proactive attitude
Basic understanding of business operations is a plus
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in admin, operations, or coordination roles preferred
Freshers with strong communication and MS Office skills may also apply
