Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Back Office Executive
to handle day-to-day backend operations, maintain Excel records, and manage email communications. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily reports and data entry in
Excel sheets
.
Send and respond to
emails
professionally on behalf of the organization.
Support front-office and management teams with accurate backend documentation.
Handle
administrative and clerical tasks
such as data organization, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Generate and analyze basic reports from Excel data.
Assist in preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication
is mandatory.
Strong data management and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in work.
Prior experience in
back-office, data entry, or admin support
preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of Google Sheets, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Saturday
