Maintain and update records of purchases, sales, and inventory.
Handle order processing, billing, invoicing, and documentation.
Reconcile daily transactions, prepare MIS reports, and support accounts team.
Verify and process vendor/supplier payments and customer receipts.
Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, sales contracts, and other documents.
Support trading team in preparing quotations, agreements, and contracts.
Coordinate with logistics for shipment tracking and delivery schedules.
Assist in compliance with import/export regulations, taxes, and statutory requirements.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors as required.
Provide administrative support to management for day-to-day activities.
