Aspire Digital Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Back Office Executive to manage our client Sresth Ora's e-commerce business operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination between Sresth Ora and Aspire, managing the backend operations of their e-commerce platforms, and handling customer feedback. As a vital link between the client and our marketing team, you will ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks, helping drive the growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Backend Management:
Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Monitor product listings, stock availability, and customer orders.
Coordinate product updates, promotional activities, and pricing changes.
Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and logistics-related issues.
Customer Feedback Handling:
Manage customer queries, feedback, and complaints through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and report recurring problems.
Provide regular feedback and insights from customer interactions to enhance service.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams:
Act as a liaison between Sresth Ora and Aspire Digital Media's marketing team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, trade fair activities, and social media strategies.
Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of online marketing activities.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with the client to provide updates on project status, e-commerce performance, and marketing progress.
Coordinate meetings, reports, and feedback sessions between the client and Aspire Digital Media.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular performance reports on sales, customer feedback, and marketing activities.
Maintain records of product listings, customer interactions, and marketing collaborations.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in back office operations, e-commerce management, or client coordination.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
