Manage legal documents, correspondence, case files, and filing systems (physical and digital)
Draft and format basic legal letters or notices (under supervision)
Handle calls, emails, and messages from clients, courts, or opposing counsel
Case & Client Coordination
Schedule client meetings, hearings, and court dates
Maintain appointment calendars for lawyers
Coordinate with clients for document collection and follow-ups
Document & Record Management
Organize and maintain confidential case files
Assist in preparing case summaries or document bundles for court or meetings
File and retrieve legal documents from records or legal databases
Office Operations
Maintain inventory of office and legal supplies
Liaise with vendors and IT support
Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the office space
Compliance & Confidentiality
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards of data handling
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Key Skills Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
High level of discretion and professionalism
