Job Description

As a Sales Associate focusing on lead generation, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and generate leads for our Webflow development and web design services. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients in need of Webflow development and web design services.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads through various channels such as email campaigns, social media, networking, and industry events.

- Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Google, and industry-specific platforms to identify prospects.

- Lead Qualification:

- Engage with leads to understand their needs, budget, and timeline.

-Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

- Relationship Building:

- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

- Provide prospects with relevant information about our services and how they can benefit their business.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

- Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

-Performance Metrics:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the web design or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of Webflow and web design services is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
