female Back Office Executive

who can handle administrative operations, manage stock and material records, and support business development through effective communication.

Role Overview

The Back Office Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Aartaa Decor. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both administrative tasks and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

stock management and material records

, ensuring accurate inventory updates. Conduct

cold calling

to potential customers, suppliers, and business partners. Support

order processing, documentation, and coordination

with different departments. Assist in managing

day-to-day office tasks

and follow-ups. Provide

customer support

through calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries. Prepare and maintain

reports, records, and data entry

for AartaaDecor.com operations. Ensure smooth communication between management, clients, and vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates only. Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. Strong

communication skills

in English Hindi and Bengali (written & verbal). Proficiency in

MS Office, Email, and Internet

. Confidence in

cold calling and handling client queries

. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Prior experience in back office, sales coordination, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
