We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Back Office Executive
with strong expertise in
Advanced Excel
and
Microsoft Word
. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, report generation, document management, and provide administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
data entry and data management
tasks using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Macros, etc.)
Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS using Advanced Excel.
Prepare, format, and edit documents in
MS Word
(letters, reports, templates, etc.)
Maintain and update internal databases and records with high accuracy.
Handle back-office documentation and administrative support.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and process updates.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Ensure timely and error-free completion of assigned tasks.
(Document formatting, Table creation, Mail Merge, etc.)
Fast and accurate
typing skills
(Minimum 35 WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of email drafting and MS Outlook
Ability to work independently and in a team
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Certification in MS Office/Excel (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Timings:
