Back Office Assistant
to manage accounts, store operations, administration, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and entries.
Support in preparing invoices, bills, and payment tracking.
Reconcile ledgers, vendor accounts, and petty cash.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and documentation.
Store & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward & outward).
Support in daily stock reconciliation and reporting.
Assist in coordinating purchase requests and vendor follow-ups.
Ensure timely documentation of store consumption and wastage reports.
Administration
Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Support HR and admin-related activities such as attendance, staff records, and compliance paperwork.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management (accounts, store, and admin).
Maintain Excel-based trackers for inventory, expenses, and budget monitoring.
Assist in data compilation for audits and reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in back office/accounts/store/admin functions (preferably in hospitality or F&B industry).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
; knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Busy/Petpooja or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail with good numerical and analytical ability.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
