Social Media Handling:
- Manage daily posting and updates across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns.
- Track engagement and respond to messages professionally.
CRM Management:
- Handle leads, update client records, and manage follow-ups through CRM software.
- Maintain communication logs and support the sales team.
Advanced Excel Work:
- Prepare reports using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation.
- Maintain property and client databases.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks.
Back Office Administration:
- Assist front-end team with documentation, agreements, and scheduling.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone in fluent English.
- Organize and maintain confidential data properly.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level)
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Fluent English - Written & Verbal
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Business preferred)
Prior experience in real estate/back office roles preferred
Well-versed with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
